Your first exchange is free: we send you a prepaid return label and cover the shipping of your new piece.
Once your request has been approved, simply drop the package at the post office and it will come back to our Barcelona showroom.
Orders are dispatched from our Barcelona Showroom via UPS Express.
Order Monday to Friday before 4PM and your piece will leave our Barcelona showroom the very same day, carefully prepared in KE’s signature packaging.
