You have 14 days from the delivery date to request either:
an exchange, or
a refund in the form of store credit (gift card).
The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
If needed, we can provide a prepaid return label, allowing you to simply drop the package at the post office and send it back to our Barcelona showroom, making the process effortless and convenient.
Please note that items altered or customized at the customer's request—including, but not limited to, adjustments to length, measurements, or other specifications—are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
We kindly ask you to review all customization details carefully before placing your order.
If you choose a refund, it will be issued exclusively as store credit (gift card), once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and can be used on any future purchase at Kaftan Elegance.
In the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
We will arrange a free replacement or store credit, and all shipping costs will be fully covered by Kaftan Elegance.
For standard exchanges or store credit requests, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless a prepaid label has been provided.
Once the item is received and inspected, the exchange or store credit will be processed promptly.

For hygiene reasons, jewelry and accessories (including earrings and necklaces) are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Please ensure that your order is collected upon delivery.
If a package is returned to us due to a missed delivery or refusal, the customer will be responsible for the associated return shipping costs.
