• Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days from the time of purchase. During peak periods, such as new collection launches or special campaigns, preparation times may extend slightly.

Our dedicated quality control team carefully inspects every order before it leaves our warehouse, ensuring each item is in perfect condition and meets our high standards. This extra step helps guarantee that your order arrives exactly as expected.

• Shipping Location

All orders are prepared and shipped exclusively from our logistics center in Barcelona, Spain.
This ensures faster delivery, full traceability, and no customs duties for European Union countries.

• Delivery Times & Carriers

- We partner with UPS, one of the world's leading express shipping companies, to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery.

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch date):

  • Countries close to Barcelona (such as Spain, France, Portugal, Italy, and Germany): 24–48 hours.
  • Other European Union countries: 2–4 working days.
  • Rest of the world: 3–5 working days.

- Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as they may vary due to factors beyond our control (carrier delays, weather conditions, peak periods, or local logistics issues).

- All shipments are insured and include real-time tracking, which will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

- If your delivery cannot be completed because no one is available at the shipping address, the carrier may redirect your parcel to a nearby UPS Access Point for collection.

If this happens, our logistics team will promptly notify you by email with all the necessary collection details, ensuring you can retrieve your order as quickly and conveniently as possible.

It is important to monitor your email and tracking updates and collect your parcel within the specified timeframe. Failure to collect your order may result in the parcel being returned to us, which could incur additional return shipping charges.

• Customs & Import Duties

  • European Union: No customs duties or import taxes apply.

  • Countries outside the EU: Local customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.

• Delays & Tracking Updates

In the unlikely event of a delay, our team will inform you transparently and provide updated tracking information. Each shipment is actively monitored to ensure timely communication.

• Lost or Damaged Parcels

If an order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, Kaftan Elegance will assume full responsibility and arrange a replacement of equal value at no additional cost.
